Always great food and happy, smiling staff!
i've eaten here before and usually the food is great! today i ordered 3 meals, the big daddy burger (no issues with this one), the western burger w no cheese and just a bacon double cheese burger w heavy pickles and ketchup. they told us it'd be about 20 minutes which was completely fine as i assumed they were busy. we went and got the food &i i gave the bartender a $7 or $8 tip because i work in food too and i know how frustrating it can be. when we got home we realized the western burger had cheese on it & the double cheeseburger didn't have anything on it other than bacon and cheese. it wasn't that big of a deal so we called and asked if they could replace the western burger and just give us some pickles for the other one. the lady on the phone got really mad saying she wasn't the one who made the food so she had to call someone else, and we were fine with that. a couple minutes later, the person who did make the food texted me and said how "rude" we were on the phone claiming we just hung up on her which we didn't. My friend went to get the western burger and brought back the one with cheese on it. the girl behind the counter proceeded to rip the food box out of my friends hand and throw it on the counter. they gave us what we asked for and i was thankful. i wouldn't even be leaving this review if it wasn't for such rude customer service. i won't be ordering from bucks again.
Come her several times. The food is good. If they were playing music once and it was unbearably loud-certainly ruining conversation. That was only once though, I don't know if it is a recurring problem
It's my favorite place for a burger basket in town! If I want a burger this is the only place I'll go!
Was here one knight when I was in town. But you won't forget it if you visit, a pretty good place to go.
